You’ve finally found that great new hire. How do you get them up to speed using your company’s software? Today I’m excited to share one of my most commonly used processes, one that I create for all of my clients. Whether you are training new employees or introducing new software to your current team, this is the easiest way to get everyone up and running.
Why is this process so important? There are several reasons:
- Simplify your onboarding process
- Give employees the tools they need to be successful
- Create a system that can be easily accessed over and over again as needed
- Provide a reference to quickly answer questions
- Minimize interruptions
In addition, everyone has different levels of tech-savvy, so this type of training allows your employees to rewatch and relearn things on their own and at their own pace. It also increases your team’s confidence as they can quickly find the answers that they need.
Our goal today is to create simple videos that are easy to digest, view, and update. I’ll explain my process in the video below and walk you through how to use my training spreadsheet.
